Ric Wilson 300m Challenge

This event was created by and named after one of our longtime starters, Ric Wilson. The goal is simple: run 300m faster than your age in seconds. Accomplishing this goal may not be as simple. The world record for the 300m is 30.81 seconds. The record in the Ric Wilson Challenge is 35.5, run by Roger Franklin at age 40.
